AbstractSet class: The AbstractSet class is a part of the Java Collection Framework which implements the Set interface and extends the AbstractCollection class.

The AbstractSet class implements some methods of Set interface and provides a skeletal implementation of the Set interface. This class is used to minimize the effort required to implement Set interface.
In AbstractSet class, the Set interface is implemented and the AbstractCollection class is extended by AbstractSet class. This class does not override any of the implementations from the AbstractCollection class. It provides implementation to equals() and hashcode() method.
